If I am looking for the latest product— sneakers, bags, or phone— I’m probably going to make an impulse buy because my inner child needs to be satisfied. In other cases I may have completed an exhausting amount of research to make a big purchase like a bed. Still, I could be looking for a retailer that can fill regular monthly orders of something like supplements. In all case I represent a consumer in the lower part of the sales funnel, and I am less interested in what the internet has to offer, rather more interested in finding the product with comparisons for price, service and reviews about the retailer.
